What a nice stay, no reason to complain. Excellent food, friendly service and lovely view of the mountains. Very pleasant hotel employees all round. Modern and spotless room with netflix, a kitchen area, and a carpet. Large bathroom, exceptionally comfortable bed. Great and incredible location to Taupo Bungy. Great trip in this shopping area.

Exceptionally friendly hotel with amiable staff for a lovely stay. Brand-new room with relaxing views of the lake. All in all excellent and fantastic location, very close to town center and shops, restaurants and of course the lake and the centre of the town. Also, very close to everything. The property of choice in Taupo.

The location was ideal by the Ironman event, the staff were ready to help. The staff was fabulously helpful, and requests were handled quickly. Had brand-new standard studio with a ‘ garden view', good air conditioning plus a very comfy bed.

The venue was in a central location so close to convenience store and the Lake and CBD eateries. The room was kept very clean and available with a shower and a stunning view and bath.

our king studio was more than spotless. the staff was very pleasant, provided friendly services and helped with free parking. the location was marvellous and fantastic so close to the business district and met the demands. and we were near town / restaurants, and all bars and restaurants.

What a wonderful stay, nothing to complain about. Spotless room, great accommodation and pleasant staff. Family atmosphere and great location adjacent to restaurants, supermarkets, very close to restaurants, and convenience store. Also, close to the Center of town. A wide range of goodies for breakfast.

Had a very nice stay on our next road trip, everything was amazing. Booked king studio, that was provided with a very comfy bed, poorly fitted windows and bathroom fan.

No complains at all, I loved this place, can't recommend highly enough. The stay here was fairly nice on my next road trip. The location was stunning, not too far away from Maori Rock Carvings. There were local markets and a market around the hotel. The restaurant was good, offered great food.

I recently stayed at a motel in Taupo and had a great experience. The owner was very friendly and accommodating, making sure that my needs were taken care of throughout my stay. The location of the motel was excellent, with convenient access to restaurants, shops, and the beautiful lakefront. The room itself was clean and comfortable, offering a spacious layout and a nice view of the lake. I particularly enjoyed the free access to the hot spa pool, warm lap pool, and sauna, which provided a perfect way to relax after a long day. I had a wonderful stay at the motel and would definitely recommend it to others for both business and family trips.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices. The attention to detail is evident in the modern, clean rooms and excellent water pressure in the showers. The location is fantastic, right across the road from the lake with stunning views.

All was well, no improvements needed.

Good value for money. Great location, just walking distance to all that Taupo can offer the tourist! Staff very friendly and helpful.

Issues with power failures. Swimming pool and spa are not very inviting, very dark.
